Taekwondo is a self-defence oriented martial art at its roots. That is why, our focus never strays far from our origins. Self-defence is not just about techniques and physical strength. It’s also about mental fortitude and inner confidence – all of which are undeniably important traits to have.
As such, self-defence and anti-bullying techniques are taught from the very beginning in our regular Rudimental Classes. Everything you learn is applicable in real-life. Our KTMA instructors will give you the courage and resilience to push through tough times. We also have specialised self-defence classes and seminars hosted by well-trained instructors, specifically to mimic the various real-life situations and go into deeper details.
