Our friendly staff will be more than happy to assess your unique situation and place you in not just the class with the right age group, but also the class with the right group of peers. • Wear comfortable clothing to exercise in
• Remember to stay hydrated through the day. Bring a water bottle!
• Arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your class starts so you have ample time to prepare
• Make sure you are well rested and are physically and mentally fit
• Don’t forget to Smile 🙂 Taekwondo can be a serious sport, but at the end of the day, we are all here to have a good time. So relax, loosen up and get ready to Taekwondo!
