Registration & Payment

– Full payment is required at registration to confirm a slot.

– Slots are confirmed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis upon full payment.

– No refunds will be issued for participant-initiated cancellations or no-shows.

– If KTMA cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances:

      – 50% refund will be issued within 30 days after the final scheduled event date

      – Remaining 50% refund will be issued within 60 days after the final scheduled event date

Promotions & Entitlements

– Early Bird Fee: SGD $280 per session for registrations on or before 31 Dec 2025

– Extended Discounted Fee: SGD $280 per session for registrations on or before 31 Jan 2026

– Standard Fee: SGD $320 per session from 1 Jan 2026

– Complimentary seminar t-shirt applies only to participants registered on or before 1 Jan 2026

Eligibility & Accurate Information

– All information submitted must be truthful and accurate

– KTMA reserves the right to deny participation if the participant’s real age does not match the submitted registration (for those below 15 years old) — with no refund. 

Safety & Health Responsibilit

– Participants must be fit for high-performance martial arts activity

– Health/medical concerns must be disclosed in advance

– KTMA, coaches, and event partners are not liable for injuries incurred during the seminar

– Participants (or parents/guardians) assume full personal responsibility for safety and conduct

Code of Conduct

– Participants must follow safety rules and coach instructions at all times

– Any unsafe behavior, harassment, or misconduct may result in removal without refund

Photography & Media Release

– By registering, participants consent to being photographed and filmed during the event

– All media may be used for KTMA marketing and documentation purposes without additional approval or compensation

Session Capacity & Scheduling

– Each session has a maximum of 30 participants

– Sessions that are fully booked will no longer be selectable

– KTMA reserves the right to adjust schedule and venue with reasonable notice

Personal Belongings

– Participants are responsible for their own belongings during the seminar.

– KTMA is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
